Tournament Strategy
Now that you have signed up, it's time to teach you about tournament strategy. The basics are already here, I will update this site later.
Note: When I first started playing online poker freerolls I would lose very quickly, often
not making it past the first hour. I did a lot of research and though
about why I was losing until I came up with winning poker strategy. You
will probably have a hard time when you start out, but play it like a video game
and just try and see how long you can last. Don't worry about making the
money until you actually do make it. About 80% of the time I play Texas
Holdem freerolls I make the money, however I still find it difficult to make the
big money.
#1. Freeroll tournament strategy.
Early Game (First Hour)
Mid Game (Next 2 Hours)
Late Game (After 3 Hours)
M-value strategy (Applies to all tournament games) <--- Read this first!
#2. Cash game strategy & Advanced strategy
Note: Use Freeroll tournament strategy in all poker tournaments, you do need to
make adjustments though. If you are doing well in a 5 thousand player
freeroll you will do well in any tournament. Use M-Value strategy in all poker tournaments.
